Construction: Editing my Music Video - Evidence

After the first stage of production, I imported the collation of footage into Adobe Premiere Pro and began viewing what I had filmed. As I had previously suspected, the lighting did not look as I had envisioned it, as I did not have the appropriate equipment to achieve the aesthetics I was aiming for - the lighting surrounding may actor who was standing in front of the white backdrop was supposed to be bright and illuminating. However, it turned out looking quite dark and lacklustre.

Fortunately, Adobe Premiere Pro has editing facilities which allow the lighting and brightness levels to be changed. Using QuickTime Player, I took a screen recording of myself editing the footage in Premiere Pro, and subsequently altering the brightness levels so the footage had the desirable look which I aimed for from the very beginning of the process. As I continue to film my music video and import the footage into the editing software, I will complete more of these screen recordings to depict the journey from concept and raw footage to the final product.
